We met Mountaineer RV & Outdoor Center's owners, Gina and Joe Starett, back in November at a distributor show in Clearwater, Florida. After our seminar presentation, we were finishing up lunch and heading back inside to the showroom floor, when they came walking over and introduced themselves to us. We hit it off immediately. Their enthusiasm for life, family, people, RVing, and just being themselves connected us on a level that to this day, still makes me smile. They shared with us that they were having their Exclusive West Virginia RV Show in February and would like us to participate and host a few seminars. It just so happens we were free, it sounded like a great idea, and so we put it on the schedule!
We hosted 2 seminars each day, answered a lot of really good questions ranging from "what do I need a surge protector for?" to "how did you learn how to drive the RV?" It was so much fun meeting folks from the surrounding areas in West Virginia and Pennsylvania and learning new spots we need to explore!
It was a cold weekend for Kevin (the Cocoa Beach Kid), but I loved every minute of the winter mix. We even got flurries on our last day in town.
We're having a blast representing our product partners on our National Seminar Series, but mostly we enjoy meeting people from all over our beautiful country, like the Starett family, Joe, Gina, Emma and Hunter, from Mountaineer RV and everyone who crosses our paths on the way. Thank you for having us!! You made us feel like family, and we can't wait to come back to West Virginia.
